Bottled Water Available

Bridge Academy Families,

With the help of DHHS, bottled water is available for BASWM families who are city residents due to the ongoing water crisis in Benton Harbor. If your family is in need of water, you can stop at Bridge Academy of Southwest Michigan’s front office for pick up. Currently, we are able to offer at least 2 cases of water to each student per week for the foreseeable future. Cases of water can also be sent home with students who are working onsite.

Water pick-up is available for BASWM families during onsite hours: Monday- Thursdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm or by scheduled appointment. Please call the front office if you have any questions at 269-927-1064 x 1400.

Residents of the City of Benton Harbor are being encouraged to use bottled water for:

  • Cooking

  • Drinking

  • Brushing teeth

  • Rinsing foods

  • Mixing powdered infant formula

Tap water can still be used for:

  • Showering or bathing

  • Washing hands, dishes or clothes

  • Cleaning
